Willis’s architecture design was a fresh expression of the Spanish aesthetic surrounded by a peripheral wall. The design consisted of 53 units of town houses and condominiums around a single loop access road on 6 acres. The sales price ranged from $60,000 to $70,000. One and two story wood frame stucco-finish buildings totaled a construction cost of $3.5 million with total fees of $170,000 and Willis and Associates Fee of $95,000.
Willis and Associates provided schematic and preliminary designs, processing through public agencies, construction documents and specifications, no construction administration.
